Do my guests need an app?
No. Your guests scan the QR code or open the link in their browser and upload photos/videos directly — no app and no login.
How do I get the QR code?
After creating your gallery, you get your QR code as a print-ready file. You can place it at the table or share the link/QR with other guests.
How does the live slideshow work?
Open the slideshow on a laptop, tablet, or smart TV. It updates automatically with every new photo upload. You can also stream via Chromecast to your TV/projector.
How long are photos stored?
Storage starts after the upload of the 5th photo and lasts up to 12 months depending on your package. It starts no later than 12 months after purchase.
Are videos also played in the live slideshow?
Yes. If someone uploads a video, it will be shown/played in the live slideshow automatically.
Will there be additional costs?
No. You pay once for your package. After that, there are no extra subscription costs.
Can I disable photo uploads?
Yes. Per album you can turn off “Allow guests to upload photos”. Guests then can’t add new uploads (existing photos stay visible).
What are bulk downloads?
That’s what we call ZIP exports that bundle your entire gallery or a single album in one go—so you don’t have to save every file separately. Depending on your package, you can create between one and five of them. Individual photos and videos can still be downloaded anytime, without a separate cap.
