Do my guests need an app?+
No. Your guests scan the QR code or open the link in their browser and upload photos/videos directly — no app and no login.
How do I get the QR code?+
After creating your gallery, you get your QR code as a print-ready file. You can place it at the table or share the link/QR with other guests.
How does the live slideshow work?+
Open the slideshow on a laptop, tablet, or smart TV. It updates automatically with every new photo upload. You can also stream via Chromecast to your TV/projector.
How long are photos stored?+
Storage starts after the upload of the 5th photo and lasts up to 12 months depending on your package. It starts no later than 12 months after purchase.
Are videos also played in the live slideshow?+
Yes. If someone uploads a video, it will be shown/played in the live slideshow automatically.
Will there be additional costs?+
No. You pay once for your package. After that, there are no extra subscription costs.
Can I disable photo uploads?+
Yes. Per album you can turn off “Allow guests to upload photos”. Guests then can’t add new uploads (existing photos stay visible).
I need the gallery later. Should I buy it now?+
You can create the gallery and QR code now and share it later. Storage starts when guests upload photos or videos later.
Can I customize the gallery (colors, etc.)?+
Yes. You can adjust the cover, colors/design, and gallery settings.
Which file formats are supported?+
Images: JPG/JPEG, PNG, and WebP. Videos: MP4.
Can I check the photos before guests see them?+
Yes. You can keep albums hidden from guests while you review everything. When you’re ready, you enable visibility for guests.
Are there different albums / folders?+
Yes. A gallery consists of multiple albums (e.g., bachelor party, civil ceremony, wedding day) so you can keep everything neatly organized.
How can I download the photos / videos?+
Download photos/videos individually or create bulk-download ZIP links. That way you get everything quickly in one go.
Can I share the gallery via a messenger app?+
Yes. Simply share the link (e.g., via the device’s “Share” option). Guests open it in the browser and can upload photos/videos.
How many guests can use the gallery?+
As many as you like. The real limits come from your package and photo limits.
I already have a wedding photographer — is it still worth it?+
Yes. Your photographer captures the professional highlights, while guest photos add spontaneous, personal moments and different perspectives.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. The platform is GDPR-compliant and stores your content securely. You stay in control of your gallery.
What is the disposable camera mode?+
Disposable camera mode works like a real retro disposable camera: per album you set how many photos each guest may take. That way you get intentional, varied moments.
What are bulk downloads?+
That’s what we call ZIP exports that bundle your entire gallery or a single album in one go—so you don’t have to save every file separately. Depending on your package, you can create between one and five of them. Individual photos and videos can still be downloaded anytime, without a separate cap.
